Yes. All RILOC resources are freely available to community members, partner organizations, and the public. Some partner-only toolkits require a simple registration.
Absolutely. We encourage sharing. Most resources are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial. Please credit RILOC when distributing.
Many of our core guides are available in Spanish, Arabic, and Somali. We're actively expanding translations based on community need.
